Bamboo Cheese Board with Knife Set for Serving and Presentation

A bamboo serving board supplied with a set of cheese knives for presenting a cheese platter. Designed for serving a variety of cheeses — hard, semi-hard, soft and blue — alongside fruit, nuts, grapes, honey and crackers.

Bamboo is a dense natural wood with low absorbency, resistant to odours and only mildly absorbing moisture from food. The working surface is suitable for cutting soft cheeses directly on the board without quickly damaging the wood.

Care:

• hand-wash the board with warm water and a mild detergent; do not soak;
• not dishwasher-safe — prolonged contact with hot water may warp the bamboo;
• periodically treat the board with mineral oil to prevent the wood from drying out;
• wash the knives immediately after use and dry them thoroughly to protect the blades from tarnishing.

Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
